About this mod. This Mod will unlock the Map Editor and some other stuff. Extract the Mod Loader and paste it into Omerta. Place the CheatDev.lua inside the Mods folder. Copy the Hedgehog folder from Tropico 5 and paste it into the main Omerta folder. When you are on a map, you can press F3 to open the map editor.
